Issue Cause and troubleshooting
Condensation forms at the ice
storage container's outlet opening
and the ice shaft.
The water contained in warm and humid air condenses on the colder surfaces of the
appliance.
▶ Do not open appliance door unnecessarily.
Ice residue is melting in the ice chute.
1. Wipe away the condensation water with a soft, dry cloth.
2. Open the appliance as briefly as possible.
3. Ensure that the appliance is always closed properly.
Ice cube production is low. The appliance has only recently been connected.
▶ Wait approximately 4 hours until the first batch of ice cubes is ready.
The freezer compartment has been opened frequently or for an extended period of
time.
▶ Check ice cube production after a few hours.
Low water pressure.
▶ Check the pressure of the water supply system or the external water filter
system, e.g. reverse osmosis system.
Connect the appliance only to a water connection with sufficient water pressure.

Ice cubes are frozen together in the ice chute.
▶ Remove the ice cubes from the ice chute, for example using a wooden spoon.
Low water pressure.
▶ Check the pressure of the water supply system or the external water filter
system, e.g. reverse osmosis system.
Connect the appliance only to a water connection with sufficient water pressure.

There is no water being supplied to the appliance.
▶ Ensure that there is a water supply and that the shut-off valve on the water
connection is open.
Contact an installer if necessary.
Kink in the water hose.
▶ Turn off the water supply and straighten the kink in water hose.
If necessary, replace the water hose.
