Appliance door emergency opening
CAUTION:
Make sure that the appliance is disconnected from
the power supply and that the water temperature and
water level are appropriately low.
If the appliance door cannot be opened due to a
power failure or other special circumstances, the
door locking lever on the drain pump can be used for
emergency opening.
• Open the service cover in the appliance base.
This may require the use of a tool.
• Use a tool to pull the locking lever (D) downwards
while simultaneously operating the door handle.
It should now be possible to open the appliance
door.
Troubleshooting
Before you contact an authorized specialist
For some malfunctions, the display shows error
codes to warn you:
Fault / possible cause / measures
Appliance does not work or start
- Check the power supply / water supply.
- Is the door closed, the appliance switched on or
a program selected?
Strong Vibration
- Have the transport bolts been removed?
- The appliance must stand on a solid surface. Are
the feet aligned?
Error code
F01
:
Water inlet fault
- Faucet is not open, water supply not free or wa-
ter pressure too low. Inlet filter blocked.

Inlet hose is blocked, kinked, squeezed.
Error code
F03
:
Drainage
- Drain hose is blocked, kinked, squeezed, not
correctly connected.

Drain pump is blocked.
Error code
F13
:
Door lock fault
Door is not properly closed or blocked with laundry
items.

F14
:
Door unlock fault
Switch the unit off and on again. If the fault per-
sists, call a specialist company.
Error code
F24
:
Water is continuously admitted
Check inlet water pressure and reduce if neces-
sary. Close water supply and call specialist com-
pany.
Other errors
F04-F98
:
Electronic fault
Switch the unit off and on again. If the fault per-
sists, call a specialist company.
Error
Unb
:
Unbalance alarm
Switch off the unit. Arrange the load again and
switch the unit on again. Start spin program.

contact your distributor or an authorized technician.
