File Transfer Protocol
1. Enable the FTP server.
2. Enter the IP address of the FTP server into the ‘Server IP’ eld.
3. Enter the FTP server’s port number into the ‘Server Port’ eld. This should match the port congured on the FTP server, typically port 21.
4. Enter the FTP server’s username and password into the ‘Server Username’ and ‘Server Password’ elds, respectively. These credentials should match those
congured on the FTP server.
5. Choose the ‘Path Type’ and ‘Path’ where you want the snapshot to be saved on the FTP server.
Multicast
On this page, users cancongure multicast for both the Main and Substreams. This is particularly useful for conserving bandwidth in live-streaming applications.
1. Follow the specied Multicast address range to congure a multicast IP address for the Main Stream.
2. Follow the specied Multicast Port range to congure a multicast port for the Main Stream.
3. Click the ‘Apply’ button and restart the camera to ensure the settings take effect.
4. After the camera completes its power cycle, click the ‘Copy’ button to copy the multicast URL address. This URL can be used for accessing the Main Stream.
