Latency Status Notes:
If the Latency Status light is green the device does not have a latency issue. All packets are arriving
within the set latency setting of the device.
An amber light indicates that packets for one or more channels are arriving at, or near the limit of the
device latency setting. You may want to increase the latency of the device to prevent audio glitches
and drop-out from lost packets.
A red light indicates that one or more packets are arriving outside the device set latency. This result
in audio glitches and drop-out. Adjust the latency of the device accordingly to prevent lost packets.
A grey light indicates that the device(s) is not currently subscribed.
Dante Controller Device View Overview
You can open Device View under Devices > Device View or by using Ctrl + D, or Command + D.
Select a Dante device from the list.
Receive and Transmit display all subscribed channels for the selected Dante device.
The Status tab display detailed information about the selected Dante device including manufacture and Dante
software, hardware and clock information.
