Be careful to assemble all components
in the sequence they are presented.
NOTE:
Finger tighten all hardware in this step unless otherwise noted.
A. Connect both Foot Rest (L) to Front Foot Frame (K) and secure using:
Two 17 (M10 washer)
Two 21 (M10 nylon nut)
B. Insert Front Foot Frame (K) into Arm Support Frame (B) then tighten Allen
Screws (4) as shown.
C. Connect Upper Arm (F) into Selector Plate (G) by using:
One 11 (M12x80 hex head bolt)
Two 19 (M12 washer)
One 22 (M12 nylon lock nut)
D. Thread Pop Pin (25) into Upper Arm (F).
E. Slide both Bearings (23) into Upper Arm (F) then insert Foam Pad Roller Arm
(H) and secure using:
One 18 (M10 washer)
One 10 (M10x20 screw)
F. Slide Plastic Washer (40) onto Foam Pad Roller Arm (H).
G. Slide Foam Pad (J) onto Foam Pad Roller Arm (H).
H. Slide Plastic Washer (40) onto Foam Pad Roller Arm (H) after Foam Pad (J).
I. Slide End Cover (3) onto Foam Pad Roller Arm (H) after Plastic Washer (40)
and secure by tightening Allen Screws (4).
