6. TROUBLESHOOTING

to the DC port and a power

Press any key on the
keyboard or move the
mouse to turn on the

e display keeps
switching on and off.
e DP/USB-C/HDMI cable
is not properly connected
to the monitor and/or to
the PC.
Check the DP/USB-C/
HDMI cable connection
between the monitor
and the PC. Make sure
the connectors make full
contact.
e screen is too dark.
Brightness and contrast
are set incorrectly.
Adjust the brightness and
contrast in the on-screen
"Luminance" menu.
e screen is too bright.
e screen colour is
inconsistent.
e colours are set
incorrectly.
Adjust the colours red,
green and blue in the
on-screen menu "Color
Setup".
ere's no sound coming
from the speakers.
e monitor isn't set as an
output device for audio.
Set the monitor as an
output device on your PC.
