Operation
One Touch Touchscreen Control
MANUAL MODE COOKING
1. Touch the screen saver to access the Main home
screen.
Note: The oven is “Off” when the Blodgett screen
saver is displayed.
2. Touch MANUAL COOKING to proceed to the
manual cook screen.
3. Set the following cooking parameters from the
MANUAL screen:
Temperature - Touch the temperature text and
enter the desired oven temperature on the keypad
provided. Press → to save.
Cook Time - Touch the timer text and enter the
desired cook time on the keypad provided. Touch
→ to save. Use the key to select desired timer.
(Timer, Continuous Timer, A La Carte)
Core Probe Cooking – Touch to use the core
probe cooking feature instead of the timer. (See
“Core probe cooking” for more info)
Humidity – Touch the humidity text and enter
desired level to adjust cavity moisture content.
Press → to save.
Fan Speed - Touch the fan speed text to select
between Gentle, Low, High or Turbo.
NOTE: If the oven is preheating or cooling down,
the fan speed will automatically run in high until
the oven reaches the set temperature.
Vent Position - The vent can be toggled open
or closed by toggling the Vent Position icon at the
beginning or at any point during the cook cycle.
NOTE: When vent is opened on HVH models, air
is actively forced through the system. This allows
for the rapid evacuation of moisture from the
cavity.
Fan Reversal Interval - To adjust the fan
reversal time, touch the Fan Reversal icon.
Enter the desired reversal interval on the
keypad provided. Press → to save. The default
reversal is 6 minutes.
Hydro Burst - Touch to add 100% humidity
at any time. Use the provided menu to select
desired length of hydro burst. The display
counts down the hydro burst time remaining.
Lights - At any time the lights can be toggled
on or off by touching the Light icon.
4. The oven preheats to the set temperature. The
user can load the product and set the timer.
Cooking parameters can be changed at any
point during the cook and the timer will stay
active unless a new time is entered on the
timer.
5. Once a timer has been entered the oven will
begin cooking.
+/- 1 Minute – While cooking, press +1 min or
-1 min to add or subtract 1 minute of cook time
at any point.
6. When the cook timer has expired, the display
flashes DONE and the alarm sounds. Touch
anywhere to silence the alarm and return to
the previous cooking parameters screen.
7. Touch the back arrow in the top left corner of
the screen to exit out of MANUAL COOKING
mode.
