10. Can the motor of the machine also run in the other direction?
• The motor of this machine has a reverse function, which is
also a form of protection. If the soft rubber brush or the blade
catches on a piece of food during rotation, the motor stops
rotating immediately. After a few seconds, the motor turns
back. After the motor has come to a standstill, it rotates nor-
mally again and the machine can be used normally.
