2. Drag the sliders to adjust the timer for work and break respectively. And set
how many times to repeat in Rounds. If the Rounds is 0, the timer keeps
repeating.
You can decide whether to be notified by a popup message or a sound alert
when a session ends.
3. You need to manually start a timer. Click from the widget to start the
countdown timer. The icon shows it is a work session.
4. When the work session ends, click from the popup window or widget to
start the break timer. The
icon shows it is a break.
Note
You can't change the timer setting during a countdown. Stop the timer first by clicking
