Selecting high power setting (BOOSTER)
directly:
1. Turn on the hob by touching the key.
2. Select the desired cooking zone by
touching the cooking zone selection
keys.
3. Touch the key.
ð The selected hob zone operates at the
highest power and 3 lights flash se-
quentially on the hob zone display.
ð When the high power setting time (See
Automatic shut-off times table) is over,
the zone continues to operate at the
highest temperature value.
Selecting the high power setting
(BOOSTER) while the hob zone is active:
1. When the hob is on and the relevant
cooking zone is operating at a certain
level, activate this zone by selecting it.
2. Touch the key.
3. The selected hob zone operates with
maximum power and 3 lights flash on
the hob zone display respectively. When
the period for High power setting has
expired, hob zone will continue operat-
ing on the highest temperature level.
Turning the high power setting (BOOSTER)
off before its expiration:
After activating the relevant cooking zone
by touching the key, you can turn off the
high power setting at any time by touching
the key. The cooking zone continues to
operate at the highest temperature value.
To turn it off, touch the active cooking zone
setting area or slide your finger over the
area to bring it to the "0" position.
Key Lock
While the hob is on or off, you can activate
the key lock to prevent accidental changes
to its functions.
Activating the key lock
1. Touch the key to activate key lock.
ð After the 3-2-1 countdown on the dis-
play, the light of the key will turn
on and all cooking zones will be
locked.
When the key lock is active, only the
key works. When you touch any
other key, the light of the key
will flash, indicating that the key
lock is active.
If you turn off the hob while the
keys are locked, the key lock must
be deactivated to be able to turn
the hob back on.
Deactivating the key lock
1. Touch the key.
ð After the 3-2-1 countdown on the
display, the light of the key
goes off and the key lock is deac-
tivated.
Timer function
This function makes cooking easier for you.
You do not have to stand by the hob con-
tinuously during the cooking process. The
hob will automatically turn off after the
time you select.
Activating the timer
1. Turn on the hob by touching the key.
2. Touch the selection key of the cooking
zone you want to turn on.
ð The selected cooking zone will ap-
pear as “0” and will light up
brighter.
3. Set the temperature level from "0" to "9"
by touching the setting area or sliding
your finger over the area.
