The timer has no effect on the oven func-
tions. It is used for warning purposes. For
example, you can use the alarm clock when
you want to turn the food in the oven at a
certain time. As soon as the time you set is
up, the timer emits an audible signal.
Setting the timer
1. By turning the timer knob clockwise, you
can determine how long after the alarm
will sound.
2. When the set time expires, the knob
automatically rotates counterclockwise
to make a full rotation and the alarm
sounds. The oven does not turn off at
the end of the timer setting. Turn the
oven control knob to the off position to
turn the oven off.
7.3 Rotisserie Function
1. Place the rotisserie grill on the relevant
shelf of the oven.
2. Attach the food to be grilled to the rotis-
serie skewer and secure it with forks
from both sides.
3. Insert the end of the chicken rotisserie
skewer into its slot on the rotisserie mo-
tor, located on the back wall of the oven.
4. Place the rotisserie chicken skewer in
its slot on the rotisserie grill.
5. Place a tray on one of the lower shelves
to catch the dripping oil. Add some wa-
ter inside for ease of cleaning.
6. Do not forget to remove the plastic
handle of the skewer. Otherwise, it may
be damaged due to heat during cooking.
7. After igniting the gas grill, press the
lamp/rotisserie button on the control
panel.
8. At the end of cooking, remove your food
from the oven by attaching the plastic
handle to the skewer.
8 General Information About Baking
You can find tips on preparing and cooking
your food in this section.
Plus, this section describes some of the
foods tested as producers and the most
appropriate settings for these foods. Ap-
propriate oven settings and accessories for
these foods are also indicated.
8.1 General Warnings About Baking in
the Oven
• While opening the oven door during or
after baking, hot-burning steam may
emerge. The steam may burn your hand,
face and/or eyes. When opening the oven
door, stay away.
• Intense steam generated during baking
may form condensed water drops on the
interior and exterior of the oven and on
the upper parts of the furniture due to the
temperature difference. This is a normal
and physical occurrence.
• The cooking temperature and time values
given for foods may vary depending on
the recipe and amount. For this reason,
these values are given as ranges.
• Always remove unused accessories from
the oven before you start cooking. Ac-
cessories that will remain in the oven
may prevent your food from being
cooked at the correct values.
• For foods that you will cook according to
your own recipe, you can reference sim-
ilar foods given in the cooking tables.
