4 Cleaning and maintenance
4.1 Cleaning

WARNING: Do not use benzene, solvents, abrasive cleaners,
metal objects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.

Unplug the appliance.
Remove the clear lid.
Remove the middle lid.
Remove the grinding
chamber by pulling up.
Clean the outside of the
appliance with a soft
damp cloth. Washing
the clear lid, middle lid
and grinding chamber
under water.

WARNING: The blades are very sharp! To avoid injuries, han-
dle the sharp blades carefully.

WARNING: Never clean the appliance with bare hands.

Do not plunge the motorized base unit into water or liquid.
Do not wash them in the dishwasher. Only wash the grinding
chamber and clear lid by hand with water.
