6.9 Foldable Lower Basket Wires
(model dependent)
The four-piece folding wires in the lower
basket of your machine are designed to al-
low you to place large items such as pots,
bowls, etc. more easily (1,2,3,4). If you wish,
you can create larger areas by folding each
piece individually or all at once.
To put the foldable wires in a horizontal po-
sition, hold the wires in the middle and
push them in the direction of the arrows
(B). To put the wires back in an upright pos-
ition, lift them up. The foldable wires will fit
back into the clip.
Holding the wires from their ends
and placing them in a horizontal po-
sition may cause them to bend. For
this reason, it would be appropriate
to hold the wires in the middle from
their bases and push them in the
direction of the arrow, placing them
in a horizontal or vertical position.
