Before requesting service please check
the troubleshooting guide in the Operat-
ing Instructions booklet or our video
support found beko.co.uk/support/how-
to-guides, as a charge may be levied
where no fault is found, even though
your product may still be under guaran-
tee.
After arranging a service visit please en-
sure the area around the product must be
easily accessible to the Service Represent-
ative, without the need for cabinets or fur-
niture to be removed or moved.
It is your responsibility to ensure our Service Representatives have a clean and safe
environment to carry out any repairs.
Please have your Model number and Serial number available when you call us, as you will be required to provide it
prior to booking a service visit

If you have purchased an extended guaran-
tee please refer to the instructions con-
tained within the extended guarantee agree-
ment document, otherwise please call us us-
ing the appropriate number above, where
service can be obtained at a charge.
