Check the power cable is securely connected.
Press the power button on the remote control or the top of projector.
Projector won’t
turn on
The projection
screen is blurry
Please keep the projection distance above 1m and adjust the focus until the screen is clear.
Please make sure your laptop is set to projection mode.
If it still fails, please try to connect the projector to other devices such as TV stick with the
HDMI cable. If the connection is successful, the projector has no problem.
Please check the projection settings of your laptop.
Do not place objects between the projector and the screen.
Check HDMI, AV or phone cable is securely connected.
Check that the plug is not inserted into the headphone port.
Make sure the source or the app is not muted.
Increase the volume from the source.
Some apps on your iOS / Android device may not allow to record / project audio.
The projector lens is a crucial component directly impacting picture definition and quality.
Ensure to keep the lens clean from excessive dust.
When cleaning, use a soft cotton cloth suitable for glass lenses.
Avoid using hard cloth or abrasives, as they can damage the lens surface.
Please choose projector screen with better gain, contrast and surface quality in creating
the optimum projection experience.
