5. Use the temperature control knob to set the required temperature within the
range of 30°C – 100°C.
When temperature controller is switched on, the red heating-up indicator light lights
up and the green keeping warm indicator light goes off.
The water is now hated up to the set temperature.
As soon as the set temperature is reached, the heating-up indicator light (red) goes
off. The keep warm indicator light (green) lights up and the water is kept warm in a
set temperature.
When the water temperature drops, the heater is switched back on and the heating-
up indicator light (red) is back on.
6. In order to pour hot water from the appliance, pull the drain tap and keep a cup
or a container underneath, until they are full. Then release the drain tap, which
closes automatically.
7. Mind the filling level of the water tank. Never use the appliance without water.
8. Top up with water when required. Proceed in the following way:
– Turn the temperature control knob to “O” position.
– Release the bayonet lock using the lid handle to turn the lid counter-
clockwise.
– Remove the lid carefully, using lid handle.
– Pour the required amount of water.
9. When the appliance is no longer to be used, turn the temperature control knob
to the left as far as it goes and disconnect the appliance from mains socket
(unplug!).
10. Leave the remaining water to cool down after work and drain it from the water
tank via the drain tap.
