On

OOKING TYPE: the selector knob (2) is used to activate
the various heating elements in the oven cavity
to obtain different cooking results depending
on the dish to be cooked
(see the “
Fuction type
symbols tabl
” on page 28).
TEMPERATURE: the thermostat knob (1) is used to set
the
temperature inside the oven cavity: a thermostat
will keep it constant while cooking.
COOKING END TIME: the cooking time is set using the timer
knob (6) or the digital programmer (5)
.
Using the timer knob (6)

Turn the knob clockwise one complete turn to load the
mechanical timer knob (
XY
) then turn it anticlockwise
until reaching the desired time(
Z[
).
The knob will turn automatically from the set time until
reaching “0” (
\]
): a signal will go off, indicating that
the cooking is complete and the oven will turn off auto-
matically. If the selector is set to M the oven will operate
in continuous mode.

IPO DI COTTURA: attraverso la manopola selettore (2) si
attivano

EMPERATURA
:
attraverso la manopola termostato (1) si
imposta
la temperatura all’interno della cavità
del forno: un termostato provvederà a mante

nerla costante durante tutta la cottura.
DURATA CON FINE COTTURA: la durata della cottura si im-
posta attraverso la manopola contaminuti (6)
o il programmatore digitale (5)
.
Utilizzo manopola contaminuti (6)

Ruotare la manopola in senso orario di un giro com-
pleto per caricare il contaminuti meccanico (
XY
),
successivamente ruotarla in senso antiorario fino a
portarsi sulla durata desiderata (
Z[
).
La manopola ruoterà automaticamente dal tempo
impostato fino a portarsi sullo “0” (
\]
):
un suono
avviserà che la cottura è terminata e il forno si spe-
gnerà automaticamente.
Se il selettore è impostato
sul simbolo M il forno funzionerà in modo continuo.
