This feature provides a limits transmission me to a
programmed value. This will promote baery conservaon by
not allowing you to make excessively long-me transmissions
and in the event of a stuck PTT switch, it can prevent
interference to other users as well as baery depleon.
OFF/Chinese/English
Mutes the speaker of the transceiver in the absence of
strong signal. Squelch is either OFF or 1 - 9 levels. The higher
level, the stronger the signal must be to in-mute the speaker.
When enabled it is not necessary to push the [PTT] buon on
the transceiver. Adjust the gain level to an appropriate
sensivity to allow smooth transmission.
Allows audible voice confirmaon of a key press
Time-out for the LCD backlight.
