Motor

Select this icon to start the test for the motor functionality.

While rotating the handwheel the numbers in the top ll screen will toggle from 0 to 359 degrees

indicating where the main shaft is located in its rotation. (Main shaft encoder)

Zero indicates needle up position (take-up lever in its highest position).

The lower ll screen should have numbers changing indicating the motor is turning and

communicating. (Motor encoder). If this fails the machine will have a critical error and will not run.

Press the Menu symbol to go back to the Main Menu.
