The following issues can be handled by the user. Please contact customer service
if the issues are not resolved.
Problem Possible Cause
Refrigerator Won't Turn
On
• Ensure the refrigerator is plugged in and the outlet is
working.
• Check if the voltage is too low.
• Look for a power outage or a tripped circuit breaker.
Unpleasant Odor • Wrap strong-smelling foods tightly.
• Remove any spoiled food.
• Clean the inside of the refrigerator.
Compressor Running
Too Long
• It's normal for the refrigerator to run longer in hot
weather.
• Avoid overloading the refrigerator with warm food.
• Make sure the doors are not being opened too
frequently.
Light Won't Turn On • Ensure the refrigerator is properly plugged in and
that the bulb isn’t damaged.
• If needed, have a specialist replace the light.
Door Won't Close
Properly
• Remove any food items blocking the door.
• Check if the refrigerator is level and adjust if
necessary.
Loud Noises • Ensure the refrigerator is on a level surface.
• Check if accessories inside the refrigerator are
securely placed.
Door Seal Not Secure • Remove any debris or food particles from the door seal.
• If the seal is not sealing properly, gently heat it with a
hairdryer or warm towel to restore its shape.
Water Pan Overflows • Avoid overloading the refrigerator with excessive food.
• Make sure doors close properly to prevent excessive
defrosting and water overflow.
Refrigerator Feels Hot • It's normal for the refrigerator to feel warm due to
heat dissipation from the condenser.
• Ensure proper ventilation around the appliance.
Surface Condensation • Condensation on the outside is normal in humid
conditions.
• Wipe off moisture with a clean cloth.
Unusual Noises • A humming or buzzing noise is normal when the
compressor runs, especially when starting or
stopping.
• Occasional creaking sounds from refrigerant flow
are also normal.
