1 Temperature Gauge
Visual monitor of oven temperature.
2 Manual Timer (minutes)
Timer with chime can be set up to 30 minutes.
Note: Timer DOES NOT turn oven on/o.
3 Temperature Control Knob
Simple dial knob to select temperature.
4 Top Oven Light On/O Switch
Turns top oven interior lights on/o.
5 Boom Oven Light On/O Switch
Turns top oven interior lights on/o.
6 Top Heang Element On/O Switch
Turn o for items that do not require full direct top heat.
7 Boom Heang Element On/O Switch
Turn o for items that do not require full direct boom heat.
8 Main Power On/O Switch
Main power control for oven.
