powerandheangindicatorlightwillbeonandthefanmotorwillbegintooperate.

Cleaning & Maintaining Your Oven

Toclean,rstremovethepowercord’splugfromthewalloutlet.Waitfortheoventocool.Usea

dampclothorspongetogentlywipedowntheinsideoftheoven.Avoidsoakingtheinsideoftheoven

orwashingitinrunningwaterasthiswillcauseseriousdamagetotheunit.

Space Clearance

Theremustbeaminimumof12"(30.4cm)betweentheequipmentandanysurroundingwalls.The

surroundingwallsmustbemadeofnoncombusblematerials.Theventlocatedattherearofthe

ovenmustNOTbeobstructed.Theequipmentmustbeinstalledinaccordancewithlocalreand

buildingregulaons.

Temperature Control Knob

Thetemperaturerangeofthisunitis0-500°F.Thisthermostacswitchcontrolsthetemperature

inside the oven and helps to maintain the proper temperature during various heang, roasng, and

baking applicaons.

Protection Component

Ifthetemperatureofthisovenreachesanunsafelimit,theelectricalcomponentswillshutoandit

willstopoperanginordertopreventoverheang.
