Installation of Your Oven
177CO32M is 208/240V, 60Hz, use 6-20P NEMA plug.
All electrical connecons must comply with specicaon and power standard, the installaon
operaon must be done by qualied personnel.
All models are countertop type, put the oven on a at and level surface, and ensure clearance
requirements are met for the air venlaon (see Space Clearance secon).
177CO32M is equipped with a steam injecon feature. Please install the oven close to water source
and connect the faucet well before using.
This oven comes equipped with a 3/4" water inlet connecon requiring 20-25psi inlet pressure.
Using a Water Filtraon System is recommended.
