4. Maintenance
1. To maintain food safety and quality, the equipment should be cleaned at least
once a week.
2. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning. Use mild rinsing water or a
non-corrosive detergent. Do not clean the unit directly with running water from a
faucet.
3. Clean the equipment with neutral detergent and mild water. To remove any
detergent residue, wipe thoroughly with a clean cloth multiple time.
4. Clean the condenser regularly, at least once a month.
5. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws at the bottom, then detach the
bottom front panel.
6. Clean the coils using a vacuum cleaner with a wand attachment and a soft,
non-metallic brush to remove dirt and debris.
7. Do not bend the coil ns. Always wear gloves and protective eyewear when
working near sharp coil ns and dust particles.
8. After cleaning, ensure the equipment is completely dry before resuming
operation.
9. Regularly monitor the product’s operation. If you notice unusual noises, odors,
or smoke, immediately disconnect the power supply and contact a qualied
technician. Do not restart the equipment until the issue is fully resolved.
10. Leak Inspection – Check all connectors and welding joints for signs of oil
stains, which may indicate leakage. Only qualied professionals should perform
any welding repairs.
