Device Operation

Downloading Log Files

1. Log in to the web server.

2. Click Maintenance in the side menu bar.

3. Click Log in the top menu bar.

4. Under the Log Files window group, click the DOWNLOAD button. Log les are automatically downloaded to the

C:\Users\[Username]\Downloads folder on the PC.

This feature allows log les to be downloaded to the local PC. Log les are used for troubleshooting purposes and

may be requested by Atlona Technical Support Engineers.
