Input and Output Management
Basic Operation
When dealing with multiple sources and multiple output devices, within the web GUI, it can be useful to assign
descriptive names to each input and output.
1. Login to the web GUI. Refer to Introduction to the Web GUI (page 55) for more information.
2. Click I/O, under the Conguration section, in the menu bar on the left side of the screen.
3. Click the Input Label drop-down list and select the input to be renamed.
4. Enter the desired name of the input in the Input Label eld. When entering the name of the input, spaces and
special characters are not permitted. In this example, In 3 : Input_3 is being renamed as Blu-ray_Player.
5. Click the Change button to save the change.
All instances for the new input name will now be displayed, throughout the web GUI, as shown:
