3.5 Installing a wireless card to the
M.2 E-key slot
Your Embedded Computer comes with an M.2 E-key slot that allow you to
install an M.2 wireless (Wi-Fi / Bluetooth) module.
To install an wireless module:
1. Follow steps 1-3 in the Installing memory modules section to access
the M.2 E-key slot.
2. Remove the screw from the M.2 standoff.
3. Align and insert the wireless card into its slot inside the Embedded
Computer.
4. Gently push down the wireless card on top of the standoff, and then
fasten it using the previously removed screw.
NOTE: We recommend using a PH1 screwdriver with a torque of
2.0±0.2kgf-cm when tightening the screw.
5. (Optional) Connect the RF cables from the antennas to your wireless
card. Make sure that the correct cable is attached to each of the
connectors by referring to the illustration below.
