Before calling a service center

Cleaning and maintenance and see if you can
resolve the problem yourself.
When you contact a service centre, please
state the model (2), type (1), and serial number
(3) of your dryer.
Model, type, and serial number are indicated
on the rating (type) plate located on the interior
side of the dryer door.
The QR and AUID codes are also located on
the rating plate.

Functional spare parts for the ASKO dryer you purchased will be available for 15 years. During
this time, original spare parts will be available to ensure the correct operation of your appliance.
A list of spare parts and repair tips in accordance with the current Ecodesign Directive can be
found by scanning the QR code located on the inside of the door of the dryer.

Report any malfunction to your local call centre or web address; all information can be found in
the enclosed warranty statement. Contact details of your authorised service centre are available
in the warranty statement supplied with the appliance and on the website by scanning the QR
code on the rating plate (see chapter Service).

Some simple faults described in the chapter Errors: what to do? can be fixed by the user himself
by taking into account the instructions without risk to their own safety and without affecting the
warranty conditions.
