WARNING!
In order to avoid rust stains, a dishwashing program must be started immediately after adding
salt.
Never pour dishwasher detergent into the salt compartment. This destroys the water softener!
Automatic dosing
The dishwasher can be connected to one or more systems for the automatic dosing of commercial
detergent and rinse aid, which simplifies everyday operation and reduces the risk of overdosing.
Step by step
• Connect the external cables for the automatic dosing of commercial detergent and rinse aid.
Also connect the hoses supplied. See the Installation instructions chapter.
• Activate Auto dose in the dishwasher menu for Settings. See the chapter Settings.
• Add commercial detergent and rinse aid intended for automatic dosing to the appropriate external
compartments.
• Select Vent the hose to dispense detergent and rinse aid. See the chapter Settings.
Diluting detergent and rinse aid
To correctly dilute detergent and rinse aid, calculate the dose based on the amount of water in the
machine.
Amount of water in the machine:
• 3.5 gallon for detergent dose
• 3.5 gallon for rinse aid dose
NOTE!
Add the commercial detergent and rinse aid in the appropriate external containers in advance,
to prevent air from entering the system.
WARNING!
Note that there are risks involved in handling commercial detergent and rinse aid. Protective
gloves and goggles must be used when handling these products.
Follow the supplier’s safety regulations concerning the handling and storage of detergent and
rinse aid.
