11. Safety instrucons and disclaimer
Never operate the appliance unaended and check it for any damage and cor-
rect assembly before each use. Never aempt to open the appliance to carry out
repairs or modicaons yourself. Avoid contact with the mains voltage. The appli-
ance is only de-energised when the plug is disconnected. Do not short-circuit the
product. In addion, do not forget to disconnect the mains plug completely when
not in use or during a thunderstorm. The appliance is not approved for outdoor
use. Therefore, please only use it in a dry area.
Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Keep the device away from high
outside temperatures. Do not expose the device to sudden temperature chan-
ges or strong vibraons, as this could damage the electronic components. Check
the device for any damage before use. The appliance should not be used if it has
been knocked or damaged in any other way. Please also observe the naonal
regulaons and restricons and do not use the device for purposes other than
those described in these instrucons. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of
the reach of children or mentally impaired persons. Only use the appliance with
the base plate supplied. Any repair or modicaon to the appliance that is not
carried out by the original supplier will invalidate the warranty or guarantee.
The appliance may only be used by persons who have read and understood these
instrucons. The appliance specicaons may change without prior noce.
