Kebab/roast/poultry rosserie (5/10)

Insert the rod(10) lengthways through

the centre of the poultry or roast. Push

the rosserie forks(11) through the ro-

sserie rod and into the poultry or ro-

ast and lock the forks in place with the

screws. Make sure that the size of the

poultry or roast leaves enough space in

the appliance for the spit to turn.

Drum basket (e.g. for chicken thighs or fries)

You can open the drum basket by

opening the ap on the side of the bas-

ket with the lever. You can then close

the ap again. Make sure that the ap

engages and is therefore fully closed.

Cauon! The accessories become very hot during and aer the cooking process!

Never touch the hot objects directly. Use oven gloves or similar. Only place hot

accessories on heat-resistant surfaces.
