• The food must be pre-treated before drying, e.g. by
cleaning, cung, dipping, etc. Pre-treatment is hel-
pful for preserving the colour and avour of the food.
• The compartments must not be loaded with food
that could cause an overload. This food should not be
stored. Dierent foods have dierent drying mes.
• During operaon, the device heats up to the set tem-
perature. To achieve a more even drying process,
please reposion the food regularly.
• The dried food, if it is not going to be eaten for the
me being, should be stored in a container or plasc
bag. It is recommended to put these in the refrigera-
to r.
• Aer use, all compartments on the product should
be stacked, regardless of whether food is sll present
on the tray.
• The device should be loaded from top to boom if
possible, as the me required is reduced due to the
slightly higher temperature towards the boom.
• All removable parts of the device are dishwasher-sa-
fe.
