Place the prepared vegetables in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then
drain o the water and place the vegetables in a bowl.
Meat (Beef Jerky)
1. Cut the desired meat into 2 cm wide strips.
2. Marinate the meat as desired and keep it in the refrigerator for
about 20 hours.
3. Dab o the remaining marinade from the meat using paper
towels.
4. Spread the meat strips evenly across the trays of your automac
dehydrator.
5. Set the dehydrator to about 65°C operang temperature and a
duraon of about 7 hours.
6. During the process, turn the meat strips if required.

7. Cleaning and Care
1. Disconnect the dehydrator from the power supply before clean-
ing.
2. Aer drying the food items, wash the dehydrator with warm
water and a so cloth.
3. Clean the appliance if necessary with cleaning agents and wipe
it dry. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, metal brushes or
organic solvents. Do not use owing water to clean the dehydra-
tor or immerse the housing in water or other liquids for clean-
ing.
