15 Privacy Settings
Manage your device, account and applica-
tion privacy settings from this menu.
1. From Home Screen menu, press .
2. Select Settings and press .
3. Select Privacy and press the .

15.1 Location Settings
You can manage device location settings in
this menu.
1. From the Privacy menu, select Location
and press the .
ð Location menu will be displayed.
2. Select Location status option, and press
the .
3. Select Use Wi-Fi to estimate location to
turn the location service on or select Off
to turn the location services off, and
press the .
4. To allow Google location services and
other applications to scan the networks
when wireless is off, select Scan always
available and use to select On set-
ting.
Note:
• You can also view the applications that
have made last location requests in the
menu, and you can turn off the location
service of the application from the applic-
ation settings by selecting the applica-
tion.
5. Press to return to the previous menu
or press to return to Home menu.
15.2 Microphone
You can manage device microphone set-
tings in this menu.
1. From the Privacy menu, select Micro-
phone and press the .
ð Microphone menu will be displayed.
2. Select Microphone access and use to
select On or Off.
3. Select App access to microphone and
press the .
ð Microphone permissions menu will be
displayed.
4. Use the menu to select application or
services and edit microphone access
options.
5. Press to return to the previous menu
or press to return to Home menu.

You can manage device microphone set-
tings in this menu.
1. From the Privacy menu, select Camer-
aand press the .
ð Camera menu will be displayed.
2. Select Camera access and use to se-
lect On or Off.
