• Release starts with a fast decay (like Fixed), then transitions to Manual setting

• Creates a dual-stage release, responsive to peak length. The the hybrid timing can act as an

automatic release function with a constant fast attack time and fast release time for short

peaks and a longer release times for longer peaks.

• Best for overall mix compression, maintaining clarity and smoothness

3. Custom

• Attack: 0.5 ms to 300 ms

• Release: 0.05 s to 10 s

• Full control over envelope timing

your source’s level.

• Compression: 3–4 dB

• Mode: Hybrid

• Attack: 2 o’clock

• Release: 10 o’clock
