The appliance must not be in-
stalled behind a lockable door, a
sliding door or a hinged door on
the opposite side to the dryer.
Full opening the dryer door must
not be restricted.
Laundry contaminated with oil
may ignite spontaneously, espe-
cially in the heat generated in a
tumble dryer.
Heating oil causes oxidation
reaction. The oxidation produc-
es additional heat. If the heat
cannot dissipate, the laundry
can become hot enough that
ignition occurs. Stacking fabrics
soiled with oil can prevent heat
dissipation and create a fire
hazard.
