Problem Solution
The display is not turned on Check the power supply.
Make sure the plug is properly inserted into the wall outlet.
Check the selected programme.

Check the water tank. If the water tank is full, drain the condensa-
tion and restart the dryer.
If the water tank is not full, restart the dryer.
If the indicator is still on after the first two steps have been
performed, call service.

Clean the heat exchanger
Clean the filter.
The dryer does not start Connect the dryer to the electricity supply.
Turn on the tumble dryer.
Make sure the door is properly closed.
Make sure a programme has been selected.
Check if the Start button is pressed.
The laundry is not sufficiently dry or dry-
ing time is too long
Remove lint, fibres and threads from the filter and clean heat
exchanger.
Empty the container.
Check the drain hose.
Dryer is encased to tightly.
Clear moisture sensor.
Do not block the air intake.
Apply a more intense drying programme or extend the drying dura-
tion.
You can hear a humming noise The compressor is running. These noises are normal and do not
indicate a fault.
The dryer turns off at the end of the
programme
The dryer turns off automatically to save energy. This is not a mal-
function but rather normal operation of the appliance.
