TROUBLESHOOTING
If you notice unusual sounds, odours, smoke, or other
abnormalities, unplug the appliance immediately and
stop using it.

to the electrical

Turn the knob to
the “ON” position.

Turn the knob

Turn the knob to

tion, add liquid
and restart the
appliance.

blending
smoothly.
Ingredients are
too large.
Remove the
ingredients, cut
them into smaller
pieces, and then
restart the appli-
ance.
Too much food in

Remove some of
the ingredients,
stir the remaining
ingredients, and
then restart the
appliance.

leak from
the appli-
ance.
Appliance parts
are not properly
assembled or
tightened.
Check and tight-
en all appliance
parts.
Missing seal on
the lid.
Install the re-
quired seal.
Damaged seal on
the lid.
Replace with a
new seal.
Damaged seal on
blade assembly.
Replace the blade
assembly.
If the problem persists after these steps, contact an
authorised service centre for repair.
