CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Note!
The blades are very sharp, so take extra care when handling and cleaning.
Clean the motor unit and the lid gear unit with a damp cloth only.
Do not immerse the motor unit in water!
1. All other components are dishwasher safe. After preparing very salty food, rinse the blades with water
right away.
2. Also, be careful not to use too much detergent or the water-softening salt in the dishwasher.
3. When processing food with a dye, the plastic component may become discoloured; wipe them with
vegetable oil before putting them in the dishwasher.
4. Be careful as the blades are very sharp.
5. Unplug the appliance from power before cleaning.
