TORQUE SETTINGS & IP TESTER
TORQUE SETTINGS FOR SCREWS
ALL SCREWS MUST BE TIGHTENED WITH A TORQUE DRIVER. All screws
are Allen Head screws. Please see below for screw locations, screw quantity
and torque settings. The number listed in the “#” column corresponds to the
location on the fixture. See the fixture diagram and numbers on the next page
for SCREW LOCATIONS.

1 Lens Assembly to Head Casting (6x) 6.5 - 8.7 In-Lb
2 Lamp Cover to Head Casting 6.5 - 8.7 In-Lb
3 Yoke Arm Cover to Yoke Frame (8x Each Side = 16 Total) 6.5 - 8.7 In-Lb
4 Access Cover to Yoke Frame (4x) Fasten via Manual Screwdriver
5 Handle to Base Casting (2x Each Side = 4 Total) Fasten via Pneumatic Screwdriver
6 Bottom Cover to Base Casting (12x) 6.7 - 9.6 In-Lb
7 Power & Data Connector to Base Casting (10x) 6.5 - 8.7 In-Lb
8 1/4 Turn Adapter Plate to Bottom Cover (16x) 6.5 - 8.7 In-Lb

CAUTION! DO NOT OVER TORQUE SCREWS AS THIS CAN CAUSE LEAKAGE ISSUES!
