TORQUE SETTINGS FOR SCREWS:
ALL SCREWS MUST BE TIGHTENED WITH A TORQUE DRIVER. All screws are Allen Head
screws. Please see below for screw locations, screw quantity and torque settings. The number listed
in the “#” column corresponds to the location on the xture. See the xture diagram and number on
the next page for SCREW LOCATION depictions.

1 Heat Sink to Head Front Cover (x8) 7.5-10.0 In-Lb
2 Sealed Back Cover to Head Back Cover (x4) 7.5-10.0 In-Lb
3 Yoke Arm Cover to Yoke Frame (8 x Each Side = 16 Total) 7.5-10.0 In-Lb
4 Access Cover to Yoke Frame (x4) 7.5-10.0 In-Lb
5 2nd Access Cover to Yoke Frame (x8) 7.5-10.0 In-Lb
6 Power & Data Connector to Base Casting (x10) 6.0-8.5 In-Lb
7 Handle to Base Casting (2 x Each Side = 4 Total) Fasten by Air Screwdriver
8 Base Bottom Cover to Base Casting (x12) 7.5-10.0 In-Lb
9 Quick Lock Plate to Base Bottom Cover (x16) 7.5-10.0 In-Lb
10 Fixture Feet to Base Bottom (x4) 6.0-8.5 In-Lb
