TORQUE SETTINGS FOR SCREWS
ALL SCREWS MUST BE TIGHTENED WITH A TORQUE DRIVER. All screws
are Allen Head screws. Please see below for screw locations, screw quantity
and torque settings. The number listed in the “#” column corresponds to the
location on the fixture. See the fixture diagram and number on the next page
for SCREW LOCATION depictions.
1 Lens Assembly to Head Casting (x14) 6.5-8.7 In-Lb / 3mm Hex
2 Lamp Cover to Head Casting (x4) 6.7-9.6 In-Lb / 4mm Hex
3 Plastic Head Cover to Head Casting (4 x Each Side = 8 Total) 6.5-8.7 In-Lb / 3mm Hex
4 Yoke Arm Cover to Yoke Frame (11 x Each Side = 22 Total) 6.5-8.7 In-Lb / 3mm Hex
5 Access Cover to Yoke Frame (x4) Manual Screwdriver / 3mm Hex
6 Bottom Cover to Base Casting (x16) 6.7-9.6 In-Lb / 3mm Hex
7 Power & Data Connector to Base Casting (x8) 6.5-8.7 In-Lb / Torx T8
8 1/4 Turn Adapter Plate to Bottom Cover (x16) 6.5-8.7 In-Lb / 3mm Hex
