Operating from the head unit’s remote control unit
Operating DVDs, video CDs and CDs
First see “Remote control operations” (page 58).
Press “SOURCE” , “AUDIO SEL” or “A. SEL”to set the CD (DVA-5205P)
mode.
The DVA-5205P’s power is on when the CD mode is selected, off when other modes are
selected.

To set the pause mode, press “
” or “ENT”.
Press “ ” or “ENT” again to resume playback.

Notes:
• For adjusting the volume and other basic operations, refer to the head unit’s operating instructions.
• For video CDs with playback control (PBC), turn PBC off.

Press and hold “

” continuously to make FF or RW operation.

Tilt and hold the joystick in left or right direction to make FF or RW opera-
