8. TROUBLESHOOTING
No sound or crackling
• Check that all cables are connected correctly.
• Make sure that the soundbar is not muted by pressing the [Mute] button on the remote control.
• Increase the volume, either using the remote control or directly on the soundbar with the [Volume +] button.
• Make sure that the correct input source is selected and that the status LED lights up accordingly.
• If you are using Bluetooth® as a source, check that the volume of the connected device is set to minimum.
• When using the optical sound input or the HDMITM (ARC) interface: Please ensure that the audio output of your
source device (TV, cable box, projector, etc.) is set correctly. If necessary, deactivate Dolby / dts in the settings.
The remote control does not work
• Check that the battery is inserted correctly and has sucient power.
• Make sure that the receiver of the soundbar is not covered by objects that could block the signal.
I hear a humming or buzzing sound
• Make sure that all cables and connections are secure.
• Test the soundbar with another source device (e.g. TV, Blu-ray player). If the hum disappears, the problem is pro-
bably with the connected device.
• Try a dierent input on the soundbar to narrow down the problem.
Bluetooth® cannot be connected
• Check whether the soundbar is already connected to another Bluetooth® device. Disconnect the existing connec-
tion if necessary.
• Restart the Bluetooth® function on both devices and try to re-establish the connection.
