Icon Menu and submenu Description
SMART HDR The SMART HDR (High Dynamic Range) feature enhances the display output by optimally
adjusting contrast and the ranges of color and luminosity to resemble true-to-life visuals.

• DESKTOP: Suitable for using the monitor with a desktop computer.
• MOVIE HDR: Suitable for the playback of HDR video content.
• GAME HDR: Suitable for playing HDR-compatible games. It displays more realistic
scenes and makes the gaming experience immersive and entertaining.
• CUSTOM COLOR HDR: Enables you to create your own HDR mode by adjusting the
settings of CONTRAST, HUE, and SATURATION.
• DisplayHDR TRUE BLACK: Compliant with the DisplayHDR True Black standard,
supporting a peak brightness of 400 cd/m
2
.
• HDR PEAK 1000: Suitable for playing HDR content with a peak brightness of
1000 cd/m
2
.
You can disable SMART HDR by selecting OFF. Press the joystick button to confirm the
selection.
NOTE: SMART HDR is disabled when DOLBY VISION or PIP/PBP is activated.
NOTE: When activating and deactivating SMART HDR, a blank screen is expected
(about 5 seconds). This is normal behavior as the monitor changes the display mode.
Do not power cycle the monitor.
NOTE: When the monitor is processing HDR content, PRESET MODES,
DARK STABILIZER, BRIGHTNESS, and CONTRAST are disabled.
NOTE: AW2725Q does not support HLG.
DOLBY VISION DOLBY VISION allows you to set the Dolby Vision HDR mode. By default, DOLBY
VISION is set to OFF. When you select ON, you can choose from these modes:
• BRIGHT: Compliant with Dolby Vision Bright mode settings. This is the default setting.
• DARK: Compliant with Dolby Vision Dark mode settings.
• GAME: The mode is automatically activated once the Dolby Vision games are
detected. Also, you can select this mode to enable Dolby Vision for gaming.
NOTE: This feature is disabled when no Dolby Vision content is being displayed,
SMART HDR is set to OFF, or CUSTOM COLOR HDR (under SMART HDR) is
selected.
RESET DISPLAY Resets all settings under the DISPLAY menu to the factory defaults.
