CLEANING THE DIRTY WATER

TANK FILTER:

Pull the handle to release the dirty water

tank. Remove dirt and debris from the

filter screen located under the dirty

water tank.

CONSUMABLES:

You can purchase consumables (e.g.

brush, nozzle) from the official AIWA

website. Always use original

consumables, specifically designed for

your appliance model.

The device does

not work

The power cord is not

plugged in.

Check that the power cord is

plugged in.

The motor thermostat may

have tripped.

Unplug the unit. Check the

appliance for blockages and clean

the filter screen

The device does

not vacuum

The nozzle must not be in

contact with the surface

Tilt the nozzle forward

The dirty water tank is full.

Empty the dirty water tank.

The filter located under the

dirty water tank is clogged..

Check the filter grid for dirt and

debris

Water dispenser

does not work

You are not pressing button

(A). Press button (A) to release

the soap and water mixture.

Press button (A) to release the soap

and water mixture.

The clean water tank is not

properly installed.

Place the clean water tank

correctly

The fresh water tank is

empty.

Fill the tank with water and soap.

Air has been trapped

between the pump and the

hose.

Turn on the unit, prime the pump

by lowering the hose to the ground

and hold the trigger for 1 minute.

The clean water tank valve

may be clogged.

Hold the tank over the sink and

press the valve underneath to

release it.
