USING THE APPS
5.5 Annotation
Choose from a range of various tools with which to annotate the screen. To activate Annotation, touch
Sidebar menu / > Annotation or while on any screen except for the Home screen, remove the touch or
active pen from its magnetic placement.
Write or draw on the screen directly with your nger or with the touch pen. To change the text or drawing color,
share your annotation with others, and more, use any of the following annotation tools based on your needs:
Touch any of the following based on your needs:
• : Set the pen mode (normal pen & erasing pen), thickness, and font color.
Note:
♦ In the erasing pen mode, use the bottom of the pen to write/draw and the top of the pen to erase.

• : Delete areas of your written text or shapes.
• : Touch save file to save the screen image, share code to share the screen image via QR code,
or import WhiteBoard to import the screen image directly to Meetboard.
• : Exit the annotation mode.
