5.4 File Manager
File Manager enables you to manage les that are saved to the internal/external memory and to the cloud drive.
To access and manage your les, do the following:
1 On the Home screen, touch
to open File Manager.
2 Do any of the following based on your needs:
- Touch the storage device on the left panel or touch directly the le category: Whiteboard, File,
Images, Videos, Audio, Zip File, Apps that you want to manage.
- Touch
and enter a keyword to the search bar to look for a le.
- Touch
and sort the les by name, time, and size.
- Touch
/ to view les and folders as list or thumbnails.
- To open the le, simply touch it. To select le(s), long touch a le rst or touch
to enter the
selection mode and then select les. If you want to select all les, touch . Then touch Copy or
Move, select your preferred le location and touch Paste. Touch to create a new folder, to
rename the selected le, to delete the selected le(s), and to exit the selection mode.
