USING THE APPS
6 Touch Menu > Save to save the session. Name the session, select the format, path and page
that you want to save, and touch Save.
7 Touch Menu > Set as Default to save the current session parameters as a template for future
sessions, including the pen color, thickness, background color, and more.
8 Touch
Share to share the session.
- Code share: By default is displayed a QR code that shares the entire session to the participants
who are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the interactive display. You can check shared
only current page to share the current page, Switch Lan sharing to share the session over LAN,
and encryption to encrypt the session (if necessary).
Note:
♦ If you want to encrypt the session, then you are prompted to enter a pin code or use a randomly
generated code. Touch Confirm to complete the procedure.
- Mail share: Send the session by email. Fill out the required elds and touch Confirm. The session
is attached as a PDF le.
9 Touch Menu > Exit to close Meetboard.
