USING THE APPS
5.3 Montage
Montage app enables to mirror the display’s screen on your portable device for hands-on annotation, mirror
the screen of your device on the display, or use your device as a remote control for the display.
Montage is accessible by downloading the DisplayNote app to your portable device or using the
DisplayNote web app over a Chromium web browser. For sharing the screen of your portable device to the
interactive display, use AirPlay, Miracast, or Google Cast.
Note:
♦ DisplayNote app is available for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android operating systems.
♦ For the rst-time setup of Miracast, please disconnect from any Wi-Fi networks but keep Wi-Fi enabled.
Then, go to Settings > Network & Connections in Montage to turn on the Miracast receiver. Finally,
reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
To start casting the screen, do the following:
1 Install DisplayNote on your portable device or skip this step if you intend to use DisplayNote web
app over a web browser.
2 Ensure that the interactive display is connected to the network and your portable device is connected
to the same network.
3 On the Home screen, touch
to open Montage.
The launcher screen opens:
4 Touch any of the following items on the launcher screen based on your needs:

Whiteboard: Start a shared whiteboard session. During the session, touch MENU to access the
annotation tools.
- Shared items: View items that are shared with you and share items to other attendees from the
interactive display.
